"Loved the location, privacy, and quiet surroundings. Everything was great, and the water was just like any other Sulphur water. It has a smell, but it works! Plus, there was a full bottle of water in the water cooler when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting down by the water and watching the ducks float by. We communicated both with Evolve, and with the local contact, and everyone was helpful and quick to reply. Would not hesitate to stay again!"

"The place was very small and cut up. It was dirty and had ants all in the kitchen. Every room was in some form dirty including showers and toilets. Dangerous stairs to get upstairs and down. Found slugs in basement where two bedrooms were located. Water dripped out of the ceiling onto kitchen counter. Dirty inside cabinets, drawers etc. no where near worth the amount per night. "Unable to get a hotel room so this was the only alternative. The RV was listed as big enough to sleep 4. Three would have been possible but 4 a stretch and there’s no way 4 people could have taken a hot shower. I got a lukewarm one day one (only in for several minutes) and my son’s was ice cold. Also the place was clean but smelled of stale beer. Also the AC ran constantly even though thermostat was set at 75 degrees. Place was frigid."

One suggestion, maybe i overlooked it but state that cell phone connectivity is low due to area. If you have a wifi code you should include it in welcome letter as when you get there the service is very low to non existing."

"This property provides a wonderful riverside stay on the New River right on the river with easy access and easy parking right in front of the cabin efficiency. Close access to to the Whitehorne Boat Ramp for those the need a ramp as well as the scenic McCoys Falls right up Rt 625. Communication and instructions was excellent to plan our arrival and stay for the weekend.We look forward to coming back again this summer."

"Peaceful setting, 1 mile from GRT. Easy access to town or supplies. Well stocked for comfort. Nice game room in the basement. Quick response when we had a small issue with dishwasher. Comfortable bedding and quiet sleeping environment. Easy check in and out process."

"Pros: Very quiet, comfortable beds, pretty views and sounds from the creek, hospitable and helpful host - con: slight sulfur smell from the water at times (which was disclosed and harmless), but it didn’t last and we didn’t find it bothersome.
