We've kept the two lots separating Moonflower from the sea vacant and without obstruction to provide a large, extended private beach. There is also parking- a rare commodity for sidewalk residences- should you choose to rent a car of golf cart, though you'll find everything you need within walking distance. Guest access This listing describes the northern-most of the two ground floor apartments of Moonflower, a vacation retreat in Hibiscus Beach. The apartment is fully self-contained and private, with one entrance/exit via a large sliding glass door on the porch. Guests have shared access to a utility room with washer & dryer. Guests also get FREE day passes to Placencia Beach Club for use of their pool. Other things to note. Hibiscus Beach has 24/7 presence. Our groundskeepers keeps the beach free of seagrass and detritus and our security guards patrol the grounds at night.
