Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining room and huge upstairs living area (with smart TV) leading out to the covered deck. Also on this floor are bedrooms 1 and 2 and a bathroom (with shower & toilet). Downstairs is the second living room (with smart TV & coonara wood heater), bedrooms 3 and 4 (each with BIR), as well as Bedroom 5, another bathroom (with bath & shower), a separate toilet and a laundry. Outdoor Areas The enormous covered upstairs Deck (with gas BBQ, lounge suite, 8-seater table and additional bench seats) has lovely water views. The Deck wraps around the home, providing additional space to spread out. The centrepiece of this amazing home is the 10-seater gas-heated spa in the rear gazebo, accessible under cover from the home. The rear yard is enclosed - perfect for kids and pets alike. There is a hot/cold water shower in a separate room off the spa and space for 5-6 cars to park on the premises between the driveway & the front of the home. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems The home is equipped with reverse-cycle split system units in both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. There is a coonara wood heater in the downstairs living area, and there are 5 ceiling fans in the home; bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 plus the upstairs living and kitchen/dining rooms. Bedding Configuration This home has 15 beds accommodating up to 19 guests: Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs): One Queen bed and One set of Single Bunks Bedroom 4 (downstairs): One Queen bed and One set of Single Bunks Bedroom 5 (downstairs): Three sets of Single Bunks and One Single bed Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process.
