On Island Accommodation Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only. Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds Porta cot and high chair available on request. These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. I was a little sceptical at first, because the photos seemed to good to be true, but boy oh boy were we surprised when we entered this lovely apartment to find that the photos actually undersold how amazing this place actually is! It is located on the main street of Cowes, but Apt. #3 faces the carpark, meaning it is extremely quiet and no noise from the street permeates at night. There is also some of the hinterland and ocean visible from the balcony, which was a nice surprise. Parking was extremely easy, the kitchen and cutlery/utensils were fantastic, and we could not be happier with our experience. One small suggestion for improvement, if possible, is to include a vacuum cleaner rather than a carpet-sweeper, but this is a very, very minor thing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and we would not even think of staying anywhere else on our next trip to Phillip Island! ##### Seb D.
