Additional conveniences include a separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Relax in the spacious backyard or take advantage of ample off-street parking with a long driveway. Ideal for families or groups looking for a convenient and peaceful holiday base on Phillip Island. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
