Cowes Harbour Tours and Activities

Internet and TV did not work in our rooms (room 25 and 27) for 6 out of 7 days we stayed at the property. Only the first day did it work. In the common areas, we could access wifi, but in our rooms the TV and internet did not work. We informed the property and reminded them each day during the week (monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday) multiple times per day. Because this was a business trip, not being able to access the internet in the privacy of our rooms was a big inconvenience. The property did not resolve the issue and did not provide any compensation for the lack of promised amenities. For the price we were paying, one might expect the issue to be resolved in a prompt manner.
