Estadia muito boa, fui ajudado em tudo por causa da COVID-19, desde a saber onde ir buscar o takeaway do jantar até onde estacionar grátis. Ofereceram-me o pequeno almoço (que não estava incluído na reserva) e emprestaram-me talheres para fazer a refeição (jantar) no quarto. O quarto estava bom, até excelente para a categoria do hotel... O serviço é cheio de simpatia e disponibilidade. Fiquei extremamente agradado, desde o preço, higiene, passando pelo local do hotel, pelos serviços, pela simpatia de todos, enfim... sempre que eu voltar à Covilhã já decidi onde pernoitar... e vou lá muitas vezes.

Unexpected surprise

The receptionist speak in English. They didn't have a room which we chose, so they gave us room in better standard. Apartment was big, really clean and has a cosy furnitures. Only weak thing was the view from window.

O Hotel é bem localizado e fomos bem atendidos na recepção e pequeno almoço. No entanto, as instalações são bem simples, antigas e merecem uma renovação. No quarto em que nos hospedamos verificamos a necessidade de manutenção da porta do banheiro que não fechava e da banheira estava entupida.
