We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake at the back of the hotel. Staff on reception and in the cafeteria were very friendly and helpful. No issues with the hotel or the room. Everything of the highest quality.

We clearly didn't read the small print because the advertised cafe, bar and restaurant were closed. Todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. La propietaria es muy amable. En el anuncio no quedaba claro que, al ser solo cuatro personas, solo tendríamos la parte de abajo y que por lo tanto no podríamos disfrutar del balcón con vistas. De todas formas, hemos está muy bien.
