Nestled in the crape myrtles on 2.4 acres, this adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath home with large back deck provides a great space to getaway to for a couple or small family who want a budget friendly space to escape! It has all the modern conveniences including tvs, internet, grilling space, etc. Located about 10 minutes from Pickwick Dam and The Outpost, not far from Freddy T's. Great location to enjoy some time away! Two bedrooms, full den with sofa and sitting chair. Kitchen has a bar top and a banquette area with seating for up to 7\. Full size kitchen and appliances. The bathroom provides a nice size walk in shower. Full laundry with washer and dryer are inside the unit as well! Step out on the back patio to enjoy the view of the 2.4 acre lot the home sits on!
