Our house is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of linens and towels are provided, along with Barnstable beach sticker, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, KAYAKS, life jackets, bikes, helmets, coolers, stationary workout bike, rowing machine, etc. ALSO, Just a short walk (10-15min.) or bike ride to 2 beaches, or about 1 mile away is the home of the Cotuit Kettleers baseball field where you can enjoy some of the best college baseball players play games from June-August . You can also use our beach sticker to park at all the beaches in Barnstable County if you want to explore other beaches. When you first enter the house, you will notice its open floor plan. The inviting family room is open to both the spacious dining area and large kitchen that is furnished with all the comforts of your own home. In the dining room is a white wicker chest that houses some fun games that both adults and kids will enjoy playing. We have also added more games in the front coat closet. The best part of the house though, is conveniently located just outside the new french doors of the dining area...the EXTRA LARGE (approximately 400 square feet) completely screened in porch! If you know the Cape, you know the value of a screened in porch on those muggy days of summer. With its vaulted ceiling, recessed lights, bar, sitting area, and cool breeze the screens allow, this section of the house is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, taking a mid day nap, or entertaining in the evening. The porch has recently been converted into a 3 season porch with windows installed during the colder months. The first floor features the first of its 3 bedrooms with its plush, queen size bed and wall air conditioning unit. A spacious remodeled 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower is located just across the hall. Two washers and two dryers are located in the basement for large loads if needed. Upstairs, you will find two large, seaside decorated bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms include wall air conditioning units. To the left of the stairs is the Master bedroom, furnished with a king size memory foam bed and includes a sitting area to read or watch T.V., as well as a stationary bike (2021). The other bedroom includes 4 twin memory foam beds and is a fun place to have a slumber party. Located between the two bedrooms is a large, full bathroom. Let's not forget the outside! An outdoor shower (2021 new) is located in the backyard! If you have never taken a shower outside, you need to try it! It's an extremely refreshing way to clean up after a day at the beach. A newly relandscaped large grassy yard surrounds the house from the front, to the left side of the house around the porch, and into the backyard, and large front deck was just added. (If beach sticker is not left at the house after departure, $500 of the security deposit will be forfeited) 2 Kayaks 2 kid size life vests 1 adult size life vest 4 adult bikes 2 kid bikes 8 Beach towels 8 beach chairs 2 beach umbrellas 1 beach bag, beach toys - All are located in the garage and downstairs bathroom closet corn hole game (located in basement) No Sunday departures unless owner agrees. Three night minimum stay unless owner agrees to less. One night advance notice if owner can secure a cleaner. $100 pet fee is per pet. Dogs are not to be left alone on the porch. It is also located on a quiet side street which again we prefer over the Main Street activity. I was able to walk my dog at all times of day. The walk to the beach was about 15 min and, sadly, dogs are not allowed on the beach this time of year or else it would have been perfect. The screened porch was our favorite feature and we spent most of the days and nights out there. My only complaint is that the comforters didn't have covers on them and it was unclear when they were last washed. But it wasn't a big deal as they had 2 sets of washer and dryers downstairs so we threw them in for a quick wash. Overall, would definitely stay again. ##### Kaye L. Property description was accurate and home is well laid out and clean & modern. We enjoy the location and used the nice extras available like bikes which we used often and the kayaks. Beach parking pass was great too for Barnstable beaches. Instructions and home information were laid out clearly and owner Carolyn was helpful with minor troubleshooting before and while on-site. Neighborhood is on quiet street and highly recommend. Felt very nice and comfortable in this home. ##### Mark R. The bikes were such a great addition as the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is fully stocked and comes with a beach pass. We loved everything about it.
