Within the neighborhood/association - We played tennis and enjoyed walking the neighborhood and Eagle Pond Trail. It's in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, in walking distance to a small beach and a walking trail that is easy for young kids and dogs.There was plenty of space for our family to spread out when they wanted time for themselves and come together for a meal. A game room in the basement was also great in the evenings for the kids to hangout play games or watch movies, while the adults could relax upstairs watching a movie or just enjoy adult conversations . We enjoyed the pool and the outside area. The owners really thought of everything guests might want. We made good use of the offerings, including the "fitness room." The surrounding area is beautiful and the association beach is quiet and lovely. Lots of great walks around the neighborhood. The area has many restaurants to choose from. The host, Rachel, was very responsive to any questions I had before and after arriving at the property. The house had everything we needed and more and everything was very clean, well organized, and easy to find. It was nice that they provided beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon among other things which made our packing for the trip easier. The foosball table, ping-pong table and darts in the basement and the swimming pool and cornhole in the backyard were great for family fun time. The nearby walking trails and Pickleball/tennis courts provided even more fun options. Our favorite beach was an easy 15 minute drive from the house.
