« This would be a great rental for half what we paid for it. Would not stay again. The property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s but it is well maintained and mostly clean. The owner provided shampoo, dish detergent, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We did see a couple of cockroaches, which was not pleasant. The pool hours pretty much precluded us from going. We were busy during the day and ready to swim after dinner but the indoor pool closed at 7. We...

« 3 Bedroom cabin in Apple Valley was perfect for graduation weekend! »

« Property was clean and well stocked with supplies. Area was very pretty and peaceful. We had a very nice stay. »

« Multi generational family had a wonderful stay that included our large dog. Perfect place to attend family weekend at Kenyon College. We will definitely rebook the next time we are visiting our college kid. »

« Family friendly and great location. Bed was okay. Had no headboard which made it awkward. Lots of cobwebs and ants in the kitchen which meant we had to find ways to store food to keep them out. »

« We had a great time - so relaxing and peaceful. Will be sure to come back! »

« Planned a surprise 80th bday party for my mom in her hometown. Stayed here and they were nice enough to let us stay past check out time the day of the surprise. The condo was nice and roomy. Looking forward to coming back with friends during golf season. »

« Nice big clean cabin. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. »

Speeding on Clubhouse Drive seemed to be normal which concerned us because we had to cross the road with our 5 month old puppy and being disabled, I am not able to move very quickly. The home itself was not very homey. There were floor to ceiling cobwebs in the bathroom with the bathtub. All of the overhead lighting fixtures had dead flys/bugs in them. When we...

« Not a bad place to stay if all you want is a place to sleep. The accommodations are very sparse and extremely dated. No appeal for us to stay and hang out there any longer than we needed to. »

« We have stayed at this Vrbo condo twice, and while the location itself is nice, our experience has been disappointing both times because the advertised amenities were not available. The listing stated that guests would have access to Apple Valley’s pools and beaches, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property for our family vacation.Unfortunately, during both stays, we were unable to access the pools or beaches. This time, we did receive a refund for the pass at The Pines of Apple...
