  • No need to rent a car! Walk to OSU football, baseball games! Over sized fully fenced back yard with firepit to relax near the Corvallis Community Center, play some pickle ball and enjoy the sand volleyball courts. Cozy house near campus activities with large driveway with ample room for two cars for off street parking.
    Close to shopping, coffee and dining. This is a vibrant student neighborhood so on a rare occasion the night can be a little loud for a light sleeper. It’s a quick walk to campus and centrally located to nearby hiking or a pleasant walk to downtown. No pets and no RV hook up please. No electric vehicle charging.

Great location near campus

We spent two nights in Corvallis to visit OSU with our son. The Campus Cottage was perfect. Nicely decorated, great parking, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book the cottage again.

Cottage Perfection!

We loved our stay! The cottage was clean with a wonderful back yard (fenced in) for the kiddies. Walking distance from a playground and close to town. So much beautiful sunlight in this place and the perfect amount space for a vacation. Thank you so much! Hoping to stay again this fall!

OSU Visit

We had a great time in Corvallis. Your cozy cottage was perfect for 3 of us on a girls trip to visit OSU with my daughter. Easy walk to campus and nicely appointed property. We slept great, the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home base for Corvallis explorations!

We were in Corvallis for just shy of a week, with kids in summer camps at OSU and adults working half days. Our cottage stay worked out well for proximity to OSU, comfortable places to play & work & sleep, and a functional kitchen to make breakfasts and lunches with ease. Would love to stay again.

My favorite place to stay in Corvallis.

I almost don’t even want to share, as I’d like to keep it “our secret”, but we really love this place. It was our second stay and it’s just so comfortable and cozy. It’s extremely convenient to campus with great parking and a fenced back yard for our fur babies. Very well stocked. The furnishings are welcoming and bright, beds are comfortable and it meets all of our needs plus more. It’s somewhere that you will want to relax and enjoy. Thanks you for another great stay.
