Few minutes from the city centre and ski lifts The Space: This property features every comfort you will need for a great stay in the beautiful Cortina. Recently renovated with brand new bathrooms, very classy and typical decorations, this property is the perfect accommodation for a family of up to 6 people. Conveniently located on the beautiful Località Pecol, it's less than 15 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (750 metres), or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria and freccia del Cielo Ski Lifts. The flat features a nice living area with direct access to an outdoor patio to be enjoyed in both summer and winter. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities like kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you'll need. TV and free Wi-Fi available. The apartment is on the ground floor and to park the car on the street just outside the entrance door, so access is extremely easy. There is also a private garage in the building. Upon booking confirmation, you'll receive an email containing all the information about the property and your stay. We are available 24/7. Please Note: To legally register the reservation, all guests will be required to provide ID verification as required by Italian law.
