"Difficult to judge as property is currently undergoing refurbishment The staff had excellent customer service skills and were friendly and helpful Our first room had a shower problem, but this was quickly rectified by changing our room. The location is spectacular, the view cannot fail to amaze"

"A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy ..."
