No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Airy, MD 1 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Nice property and great location but there are a lot of steps and no useful handrails. The stairs at the main entry which goes from ground level to the main entry door had no handrails at all. Stairs at the secondary entry also had no handrails. Stairs that go from the bedroom level to the kitchen/great room level were not continuous and were poorly located. This caused one of our family members a great deal of difficulty. ##### Ed D. The house was nice and airy on the top floor with an open floor plan including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable family room. The house is a short walk to the beach and is right next to the walkway, so a very direct route. Although the house is not directly on the beach, we had very nice views of the ocean from the decks and master bedroom. There are two large hot tubs (one by the pool and the other on the lower deck that were just opened for the season, but because we were there in early April the pool was not open yet. It is a very nice pool area, so will be great for those who come after April. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay and exceeded our expectations and was certainly a good value.
