Catchin Waves is within minutes of the life guarded beach, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, water sports, grocery stores, historic sites and the 4x4 beaches (parking permit required). Enjoy a short walk to take advantage of Monteray Shores amenities, including 2 Soundside piers, community pool and basketball courts to name a few. Beach parking at Bonito Street public beach parking and beach access approx. 1056 yards. Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside enclosed shower, park-style charcoal grill and carport. Keyless entry access and laundry closet with washer and dryer. Mid Level: Den with 40" flat-screen smart TV, Queen Sleep Sofa and access to deck with Hot Tub and outdoor seating for 4, full bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private full bath, flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Bunk Room with DuoBunk and a Single over Futon Bunk with TV/DVD.
