This spacious house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, ideal for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway. Enjoy easy access to the ocean and sound, plus amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor showers. Explore the wild horses, pristine beaches, and local attractions that make Corolla one of a kind. Your unforgettable Outer Banks escape awaits!  
  
The Space:  
Sandy Toes and Salty Souls is oceanside in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla and is between an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest beach entrance. The sprawling live oaks offer privacy and shade throughout the day. The home is also steps from the Ocean Sands lake which is a great spot for fishing and scenic walks.   
  
The top floor of the property features a bright and functional kitchen alongside a welcoming living room, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. This level also includes a comfortable Queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom providing convenience for the top floor. The mid floor offers plenty of space for guests, including a spacious primary King bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Two additional Queen bedrooms and bedroom with two floating Twin beds make this level perfect for families or larger groups. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. On the ground level, you'll find a storage room with a washer and dryer and outside are two outdoor showers, perfect for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.  
  
Getting Around:  
The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.  
  
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.  
  
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. F  
  
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions

Points forts : Propreté

We enjoyed our stay overall. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The pantry probably had 50 worth of organic spices, but only provided one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and was missing a hair dryer. The host didn't offer to replace it, but offered to reimburse us if we bought one, when a drive to Walmart is probably 30 minutes one way.
