The home is packed with fantastic features and is the perfect vacation getaway! Offering 6 bedrooms (four with private suite baths), 5.5 baths, sparkling private pool, spa, game room, and ocean views. We are located in the desirable Ocean Sands Community, providing special access to tennis courts and a short drive to restaurants and local shops! The pool will be open from 4/1 - 11/1\. The pool is salt water and heated! If your stay is outside of this date range and you would like to use the pool, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate. Pool heat fee is $75 per night or $500 for the week. The hot tub will be open year-round. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions. The house is in definite need of some cleaning and care. Upon arrive we took pictures and videos of the house and property. The outside back pool area drain system must be clogged because there was always a 3 inch puddle of nasty green water build up all around the hot tub door area and the out door shower was not usable as it has about an inch or two of nasty green sand/ dirt. The walk area from parking to pool was also the same. The pool and hot tub were dirty upon arrival (bugs and A lot of sand) and when the pool company came they added chemicals and left (did not vacuum until we complained). The basketball hoop and grills are so bad rusted they were not usable. Now for the inside there were dead and alive flies and roaches on the third and second floor. We bought spray and fly swatters to help. The table was left peeling and dirty. The water pressure was awful. A lot of the kitchen stuff didn’t work (blenders and such). You can tell the owners have not been there to update anything in a long time. We had maintenance men in and out our stay fixing issues we found and issues from previous renters (blinds were all broken ). There’s not much near you to do unless you want to drive and traffic is terrible 2 miles takes 20 minutes during certain times of day. The pictures for this ad need to be updated. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and a very short walk to the ocean. Unfortunately the weather turned bad the day after we arrived but the heated pool, hot tub, pool table and extra large tv in the living room solved that problem. We had delicious pizza and cheesesteaks from Lucky’s and a bbq dinner from Sooey’s (both very short distances away). We so appreciated being able to bring our two dogs. The house is lovely and well equipped. Perfect location. We arrived hours before TS Ophelia hit. Unfortunately we ended up having to hunker down for 2 days, spending our beach getaway waiting for the storm to pass, but being together and in such a great house made it possible to still enjoy our time. We managed the short walk to the beach a couple times during breaks in the rain, and the dunes did a wonderful job blocking much of the strong winds/threat of storm surge. The management was very responsive and answered any concerns we had leading up to the storm’s arrival. If we had to be stuck in a tropical storm, this is the place to do it. The house is fantastic! Location is great! Two minute walk to the beach! The kitchen had everything we could’ve wanted, from dishes to spices! The entire place was spotless and so much room. Beds were comfortable and lots of bathrooms. Lower level has pool table and foosball table. Tons of TVs, games and beach chairs. We even saw a high chair if you would need it. I can’t say enough good things. The neighborhood area is very nice and we felt very safe even walking our dog at night. Would be ideal for several families even. James made our vacation delightful because he was prompt and made sure we had what we needed. The location of this house was perfect for all our needs. It was close to the beach, community pool, pickleball courts., and grocery store. The best part of our extended family vacation was that James took a sincere interest in being sure we were pleased and pleased we were. Loved our time. Thank you! ##### Marcia D. It was very clean and offered everything that we needed. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Kids used the hot tub and pool in early April, which is a bonus because a lot of rentals won’t begin heating the pool until mid-April, so this is a huge bonus.
