Cleanliness could have been better as we found hair in bathroom, floors not washed, carpet had sand on it and the lawn hadn't been cut in weeks, Needs updating and complete overhaul throughout. Washing Machine is moldy, cabinets damaged, oven door doesn't completely shut, Screens torn, Most Patio furniture less desirable, charcoal grills should be thrown out and the play ground swing fell apart while on it and small child fell hard to the ground. Luckily no injuries but could have been a bad situation. And there was absolutely NOTHING in the house. Bare minimum. If you stay you need to bring everything and anything you can think of that you will need for the week. ##### Kara D.
