Upgrades for 2025 included some new flooring, fresh bedding, the addition of a volleyball court and the garage will be converted to a theater room.

This Whalehead home is the perfect place to create family memories. Packed with amenities for loads of family fun, this home is also located close to the beach, shopping, grocery and activities!   
  
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a basketball hoop, volleyball court and a fully gated private pool area with kiddie pool, hot tub and poolside tiki bar with sink and counter seating for 6\. Inside you'll find a Recroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa, game table, pool table, shuffleboard table, half bath and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full sized refrigerator. Garage theater room and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and private bathroom.   
  
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Master Bedroom with 2 Singles with flat-screen TV and private bathroom and 2 Master Bedrooms each with a DuoBunk, Single and private bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.  
  
Top Level: Large open great room with flat-screen TV, electric fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4 and screened porch access, dining area seating 10 and a half bath. 2 King Master Bedrooms each with private bathroom and deck access, 1 with flat-screen TV.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.  
  
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
