Top level: has a bright and airy living area with lots of windows, seating, and a TV, plus a beautiful kitchen fully equipped for a big family dinner. The dining area has seating for 10 people with a stunning view of the outside. The cute breakfast nook is to the left of the staircase. There is a half bath in the central area, as well as a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full-size bathroom with a beautiful view and deck access. Middle level: There are four bedrooms, including two king-sized beds, one queen-sized bed, and two twin beds. There are also four full-size bathrooms connected to each bedroom. On the left side of the house, there is a wrap-around deck that has a staircase in the back that looks out and leads to the pool. Bottom level: There is a game room with a ping pong table, offering fun for the whole family on this level. There is a bedroom with a bunk bed set and a single bed, as well as a full-size bathroom. You will also find a large wet bar to keep all of your drinks cold while at the pool. The washer and dryer are also located on the bottom floor. The game room leads you out to the pool area, where you can enjoy grilling out on a nice night. There is a hot tub for relaxing on cool summer nights, along with a 12X24 pool. The house itself is gorgeous and great walking proximity to the beach, coffee, yoga, bars and more.The ONLY downside was the property management, we had a few smaller issues with cleanliness when we arrived (hairs on pillow, wet towel left in bathroom, rusted tea kettle among a few others). Great communal space, while still having plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Well equipped kitchen, clean, great pool and outside spaces within short walking distance to beach. The rooms are large in the beds are really nice. The great part is when you’re downstairs you hear a very minimal sound upstairs. It’s nice we’re going to bed earlier or putting kids to bed. The only downside is, it’s a little bit farther than a three minute walk to the beach, And the road the house is on is extremely busy. Would definitely recommend. ##### Steve S. There were 7 people and our two dogs. More than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking the Thanksgiving meal so enjoyable. The furniture in the living room looked new and was very comfortable. Just 1/4 mile walk to the beach access. We would stay here again for sure!! ##### Colleen G. Each bedroom was spacious and supplied with everything we needed. The carpets in the bedrooms were fine but the steps on the stairs could use a shampoo. But that is such a small area in the house, it didn't bother us. The kitchen had WAY more utensils and items we needed than listed including TWO dishwashers, which was helpful! The outside decks could've used a bit more furniture and the hammock was broken but we just used the pool more! The walk to the beach is an easy 5 minute flat walk (maybe a few minutes more with all our gear). We were able to walk down to the 4 x 4 beach one day to see horses so the location is perfect! House was very spacious and allowed for all generations of family to have their own space. Nice pool, very secluded. . .even saw some deer passing through one morning. Upon arrival, was disappointed with the moldy door jambs and cigarette butts around the pool. This house lacked any character or personal care. There are some food options within a 10 min drive and a few grocery stores within 20 mins. The trees are great for privacy (but mosquitos can be a bit much if your under front porch or near trees) Layout of house, pool were great. It has a good location. The furniture and flooring are all updated. The appliances are all fairly new and the work perfectly. That is so rare.
