Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private lighted beach access, outside shower and a gas grill. Inside you'll find a large Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR. Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and Jacuzzi tub, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bath, and a Queen Bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and TV/VCR. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR and wet bar, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining room seating 10 and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony and Jacuzzi tub. Extras: 6 TVs, 4 VCR, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet access, lighted beach access with dune top gazebo, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grill, wet bar, public water, parking for 3 vehicles (no more than 3 vehicles will fit in the driveway), linens and towels provided and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Amenities. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days. Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. We had a few issues with the previous renters or cleaning staff because they left the 2nd deck covered in beach toys, boogey boards, and sandy chairs. My biggest complaint would be the parking situation. Even though the listing states that only 3 vehicles fit in the driveway, we were unaware that there was no additional parking for overflow. The driveway barely fit 3 cars, was extremely steep. Luckily we could utilize the garage or we would not have fit the 3 comfortably. Overall, we had a wonderful trip! ##### Susan F.
