Just outside the gated pool you'll find a second enclosed outside shower. Inside you'll find a Theater room with tiered recliner seating for 8 that includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave and full size refrigerator. Rec room with a pool table, TV and wet bar with full size refrigerator. King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Queens plus TV. Bedroom with a Bunk Set and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom including a shower and whirlpool tub. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access and private bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom.

Top Level: Open great room with large ocean-facing and sound-facing windows, wet bar with refrigerator and oceanside deck access with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
