This cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is ideally located in Sealoft Village of Ocean Sands. A super short walk to either the beach, pool will make everyone in the family happy :) Golf, dining, and shopping are all a short drive away! The open-concept living area features plenty of space to relax, with multiple outdoor decks and porches to enjoy the sun or shade. The fully-stocked kitchen flows into the family room, with an island for casual meals and easy access to a sundeck for outdoor seating. None of the apps work any longer for guests since almost all of them are tied to peoples home I.P. address.We could not access local or cable stations on the house tv and in the evenings could not watch football or basketball.Parking is tight for 3 vehicles.We requested early check in or late check out. Neither was approved HOWEVER we were texted an offer to extend our visit. Reallt? A noon check in or out in NOVEMBER when the unit was obviously not rented is not customer friendly especially for a 2 night stay. ##### M J.
