Two pets are now allowed with some breed, age and weight restrictions as well as a per pet fee and a refundable security deposit. Seclusion, serenity and relaxation are easy to find in this very private home, Kaptain's Treasure. There are five bedrooms including FOUR KING bedrooms and one bedroom with a duobunk and twin. (double bed and two twins) 500 feet will take you to the 4x4 beach or to Carova's own public park. The peaceful surroundings are only the foundation for the serenity you will enjoy at Kaptain’s Treasure. Lounge around the huge private pool or in the 6 person hot tub while watching the kids splash in their very own private kiddie pool. Have a picnic in the outdoor dining or move indoors for some diversion in the game room with pool table, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave as well as comfortable seating and television. Every bedroom and living room is connected to DISH and most of the tv's are also smart! The sleeping level boasts 4 bedrooms: two king rooms with private baths, and two more rooms that share a bath, one with a king bed and the other with a duo-bunk and a twin bed. Moving up to the third level, you will find another king bedroom with private bath and a spacious living area with half bath. The living room / dining area will hold the central crowd, but don’t worry if you want a quiet place to unwind. Kaptain’s Treasure has a delightful sun room located just off the dining area for those indescribable moments of peace and quiet! Take a moment to enjoy watching the horses and gazing at the ocean from all levels of this beautiful home. Head west for a quick walk and you will come to the Carova Park which will entice young and old with fishing, kayaking, boating, picnicking and more. You will be amazed at the number of stars in the incredible night sky! This home is truly a treasure for all, so listen to the captain who knows best. Relaxing!!!!Me and my family loved this place.We saw wild horses about every day.The beach was just minutes away, easy for the kids to go to the beach. This house has plenty of room for a family, and they just loved the pool table.We relaxed in the spa and the kids swim in the pool.Laura, the property manager is absolutely wonderful.She is quick to respond and if something is wrong or breaks, she gets replacement or it gets fixed quick.It is recommended that you do have a four-wheel-drive. Beach easily accessible by walking or driving, even though we had to drive 8 miles of 4x4 beach driving it was not an issue and never a dull ride, all 3 husbands enjoyed the drive and rest of family enjoyed the ocean view. We had easy access to the beach a nice pool to relax in and a hot tub for the evenings. The 3rd floor was a great gathering spot for everyone and fit us all when it was time to eat. We realized a few days into the trip that the drying wasn’t drying the towels/clothes very fast and within 2 days the super nice pool/handy man came with a brand new dryer. Starting with the con’s: Not many though. The house has no gas grill. Problem is the charcoal grill is 3 floors down. So inconvenient. Pots n pans in kitchen we’re from 1980’s!!! Bring a sauté pan cuz your eggs are gonna stick! Now the pro’s: house is roomy and tons of bathrooms. Even one outside! Pools were great and hot tub was a nice one. Best part was the 2 second ride to beach! Or 5 min walk to beach. Ice at the fire station was a blessing. Also, we went into town but airing tires up and down is not fun. We enjoyed every minute at this property. The beach is a short walk over a hill away everything worked very well around the house. The only challenge with this property is driving to it and driving away from it. Driving on the beach and up the sand dune hill can be a bit challenging which should only be done at low tide! The property was even better than it appeared in the listing and was just a short walk from the beach. The sunroom, pool, and hot tub made our stay absolutely perfect. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. ##### Kristin V. The convenience of not having to unpack my truck all week was great. Just wake up, drive 200 yds and relax. The house was great - clean and had plenty of space. Property managers were quick with responses to my questions before we came down and I didn’t need them at all during the week. Great trip!! ##### Nicholas D. The house is beautifully decorated and laid out very well. We had 4 teenagers and a tween with us. Everyone had enough space to have alone time when they wanted it. We were all able to hang out and play games or watch movies in comfort. The pool was a great addition on our lazy mornings when we didn’t want to rush to the beach. The proximity to beach from the house was ideal. We could walk down easily and the view from the top floor was lovely. We had a great two weeks at Kaptian’s Treasure and look forward to a return trip. ##### Rebecca H. Unique location 7 miles drive on the beach to the house. House was in great condition with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Wild horses in the yard was a definite plus.
