Full House: Large Private Pool, Hot Tub, Dog-friendly

Full House is located just steps from the boardwalk path that takes your family and four-legged companions (2 dogs max.) safely to the beach in the Pine Island community, a premiere vacation neighborhood in Corolla. Designed as a modern "farmhouse-style" house, it has wraparound decks and porches to make the outdoors areas as comfortable as the interior of the home.

Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 4 Twins (1 Master has 2 Twins); 10 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room includes the living area with flat-screen TV for the living area with flat screen TV and dining area (seats 8) with a kitchen and island (seats 3). The Ships Watch is a separate sitting area for privacy with a small desk. There is access to the wide sun deck which offers nice views of the surrounding neighborhood and the ocean breeze. A King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and deck access also; its master bath has a shower/tub combo. On the landing down to the mid level, there is a half bath available. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
Enjoy relaxing in the den with beverage center, flat-screen TV and direct access to the hot tub on the deck outside this room. The bedrooms on this floor include a second King Master with deck access (shower/tub combo), a Queen bedroom with deck access shares a hall bath with a bedroom that has 2 Twin beds.

GROUND LEVEL:
A Twin Master Suite has a shower/tub combo in its master bath. In the backyard, there is a large private pool which measures 12' x 30' (open mid-May to mid-October; pool heat is available for an additional fee) with plenty of room on the surrounding pool deck for sunning and relaxation. There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
Guests have several more amenities to use during their vacation including free access to the Pine Island Beach Club with an oceanfront pool, outdoor game tables, a children's playground and a snack bar. The Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center is open to the public with daily or weekly passes available for a fee to access their tennis, pickleball and exercise facilities. Don't hesitate to make your plans at Full House and bring the entire family for a wonderful beach vacation experience!

Overall impression of this property is fairly wonderful! Check in process was super easy and so was finding the location and the beautiful family friendly neighborhood. The pool and the closeness of the walk to the beach was the best part by far! The house had plenty of space for our family and needs. The only issues we found were the kitchen/living area was smaller than expected and there was a lack of certain utensils that we had to go purchase for ourselves to use in order to cook some items and the cleaning crew did not do such a great job before we got there because we were still finding trash hidden under beds and food items hidden behind things from previous renters (I assume). Because of this trash I believe that's why we had to deal with a few large cockroaches and multiple spiders coming out throughout the day and night even though an exterminator did come and spray while we were there. This may also have brought them out a little more than usual. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely loved the area!

OBX Getaway

Loved everything about this rental! The house was very clean inside and outside. The layout was perfect for our two families. My husband isn't a sun lover so the covered porches were perfect for him. The pool area was amazing! The location and access to the beach was very convenient. We also liked the neighborhood feel of the location. We would definitely rent this one again!

Great location and property!

We really enjoyed the pet-friendly Full House. The home was roomy and we enjoyed the pool, outdoor showers, and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was easy to get to the food store or take-out for meals. Only a few houses to the beach walk-way (there are steps FYI) - the beach was beautiful and there was plenty of room even in August.

Family Get Away

Full House was the perfect location for our family get away. The Sunday to Sunday rental helps avoid the Saturday check in traffic. The property suited every one of our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. One note, the dunes are high and there are a lot steps that could present a problem to someone with mobility issues. The pool is a welcome relief after a hot day on the beach. Pine island neighborhood is family oriented. It’s a great place to take walks and ride bikes. Highly recommend!

Well maintained, nice house

House has been well maintained. We’ve stayed in bigger houses on Pine Island but we’ve been looking for a house that suits us now that we bring our dog. This house worked out just fine for the 7 adults plus dog. Will likely stay there again next summer.

House was perfect for our family attending a wedding in the area. - The house was furnished completely. One item, we found could have been provided was ample toilet paper.Should have been a basic! Luckily, we brought a few rolls with us. - Also, the pool was very inviting, but water was chilly, even though the pool had a heater, but was not provided. A rather let down for some of us. Other than that all was good.

Nice house. Best part was the yard and pool

We did enjoy the home and location and proximity to the beach was great. Lots of decks, great grill and access to beach chairs was appreciated. There were 7 of us in the home and the main gathering area was quite tight. Very little counter work space, a lot of big furniture and chairs that made it tight moving around causing us to feel cramped. If we can back with less people, we would rent again but not ideal for probably more than 4-5 people.

Wonderful time!

We had a great stay at Full House. The layout was great for our family as the kids could hang out in the rooms on the middle floor, while the older folks were upstairs. The pool is larger than most around. The proximity to the beach was very good, just a short walk up the access. Wish we had taken advantage of the volleyball court, but we did use the basketball goal. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Would return!

Perfect family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family! Loved the decor, decks, amenities, had everything we needed? Sit down dinners were wonderful with even table linens! Location of the beach only steps away along with the swimming pool and hot tub was amazing? And to bring the family dog made our stay complete. This house was voted "The Best" vacation house yet! And we go to the beach every year! We are going to book next year as soon as we decide on which week! Thank you !

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful five days in OBX! "Full House" is the perfect size for our family of five + two dogs. The beach is super close and we easily came and went. The pool and backyard provided hours of fun - volleyball, corn hole, football, and reading on a lounge chair were some of our favorite activities. Pine Island is a great community and we got to the know the neighborhood on our daily walks/runs. We visited both Duck and Corolla many times and truly can't wait to come back. The Paramount Destinations app was a helpful tool and the company representatives provided easy and courteous access to assistance. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we look forward to visiting again soon!
