Beach access was great and being on the cul de sac was nice. It was well stocked for all of our group, including pool and beach items, very well supplied kitchen with 2 dishwashers, and lots of room to spread out both inside and out. It could have been a little cleaner, couple of sheets and blankets had stains, bottle caps and cigarette butts outside, and kitchen had an ant problem. It has a nice space for gathering together and also offers spaces to have private time. The pool was a nice size . The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would ever need. The two dish washers kept up with our big family meals. The beach was very close. We loved the different balconies. It was well stocked with beach chairs but we needed to go buy beach towels as those were not provided. It was extremely hot during our stay and we appreciated that we could be in sun and in shade by the pool. There were plenty of chairs and an umbrella by the pool. The home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped especially since I enjoy cooking. The dining table was large enough for us to eat and do family games and not have to be separated. The not so good - The pool only gets partial sun as the house behind you blocks it for a good portion of the day. The kitchen door didn't lock - called to have it looked at and the mgmt company did send someone out and the next day the whole handle fell off so again it didn't lock. There was a terrible ant problem in the kitchen and 2nd level bedroom. The spiders and webs were quite much. Kitchen stocked with the most plates, utensils, etc we have ever been in. Fridge had to be replaced while we were there. Homeowners worked very hard to get a replacement in a very short time. Few things that I did not like....ice and water dispenser not working, door handle in kitchen going out to balcony did not lock, oven didnt have 2 heating elements so it took forever to pre-heat and cook, wifi was horrible-we had 6 kids trying to do virtual school and none could connect-had to use mobile hotspots, had an infant that needed naps but couldnt get wifi to connect to baby monitor, had two seperate postings on fridge for rules & regulations- so we didnt know who to contact w for issues nor did we have correct trash pickup schedule. Clean and comfy. Overall good stay and would stay again if some issues are fixed. ##### Cassie H.
