We had a wonderful stay at the Eurostars Cannaregio. The location is excellent—quiet and charming, yet very central, with easy access to all the main attractions. Arriving from Venice Airport by water taxi is quick and convenient, making the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and features a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The elevator is mainly for luggage, but that’s quite common in historic Italian buildings and was not an issue at all. We traveled as 2 adults and 2 children under 12, and everything was perfect. Venice is an amazing city, and this hotel made our experience even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The rooms were excellent, the pool was fantastic, and the views are absolutely stunning. While the hotel is definitely showing its age in some areas, it remains a unique and memorable property. It was wonderful to escape the crowds and bustle of Venice and relax in this oasis on the Lido. The property itself is very large, which adds to the resort-like atmosphere. However, the gym was underwhelming and not particularly inviting. Food options on-site were also quite limited, especially in the evenings. The bar menu was expensive and underwhelming, and despite advertising 24/7 room service, there were no food options available when we scanned the QR code later at night, looking for something to eat. There is very little to do on the Lido itself, so you'll likely want to spend most of your time exploring Venice. Be sure to make dinner reservations early enough to catch the last hotel shuttle back at 9:00 PM. While taxis are available, they can cost around €100 each way. The staff experience was mixed. Some team members were excellent and welcoming, while others came across as rude and condescending. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, this was an incredible experience. The setting, pool, views, and opportunity to escape the crowds of Venice made for a memorable stay that we would still recommend. Not sure if I would stay here agiain.
