The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal issue booking a train. All staff, restaurant servers and housekeepers were all very pleasant, helpful and just genuine. We loved the vinyl selection in our room and also the coffee machine.

The night manager, a genial chap named Mr Nash, was most welcoming and helpful when our arrival was delayed till 1.30am due to a late flight. The room was very clean and had all the essentials and staff generally were helpful throughout our trip. We'd definitely visit there again on a trip to Cobh/Cork. Many thanks.
