Villa Mateo is a beautiful stone-built residence located in a quiet countryside setting near the village of Korakiana in Corfu. Blending traditional Corfiot architecture with modern comforts and a sunny pool (heated on request and at 45.00 euros per day), this elegant two-level villa provides a relaxing and welcoming environment for up to six guests.
The villa features three spacious and bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. The interiors are air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed to offer both style and functionality.
Access to the property is through an iron gate leading into a lush courtyard with stone-paved paths, a covered terrace, and private parking. The ground floor includes the open-plan kitchen and living area, one double bedroom with garden access, and a modern shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a twin bedroom (convertible to a double if needed), a master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the countryside, and a modern family shower room.
The outdoor areas are ideal for relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (4 x 8 m), large sun terrace with loungers, beautifully maintained gardens, and a shaded gazebo with a built-in barbecue and dining area—perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. (Pool heating can be provided upon request at €45 per day, with a minimum use of 4 consecutive days).
