This ground-floor 33 m² studio blends modern amenities with the ambience of the traditional neighborhood, and its private terrace provides an intimate outdoor haven where guests can enjoy the sunshine or the evening breeze above the cobbled pedestrian lanes. Inside, the suite features a double bedroom and a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed suitable for two additional guests, allowing the studio to host up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, and all necessary utensils, while the bathroom includes a modern shower. The space is fitted with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi up to 24 Mbps, and a hair dryer. The entrance has a normal condition, and being on the ground floor, it is easy to access. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water once activated. We were easily able to walk anywhere in Old Town, including the Old Fort.
