Sun Sole Villa is a charming Corfu holiday villa that boasts a stunning long private pool, tucked inside an olive grove, walking distance to the pretty beaches of Agios Spyridon, Perithia.



The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air-condition, high speed internet, with interior finishing's of the highest standard. The property can sleep up to 9 guests in total.



This villa is set in a quiet area, walking distance to local amenities, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a few beaches.



The space:

Villa Sun Sole is split into two levels, where each level has its own external private entrance.



The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area with doors opening onto the front roofed terrace and pool, a common family shower room and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin facing the pool and one double at the back with an en-suite shower.



The external staircase leads onto a side balcony of the upper level. A second kitchen is nicely set on this floor with dining and sitting facilities, a large family shower room with a washing machine and two front bedrooms, which share a nice balcony over the pool and garden. One of them is a double and the other is a twin, both air-conditioned, with french balcony doors and beautiful countryside views.



The long outdoor pool (13,5x 4.0 m) is easily accessible through Roman steps, with tranquil surroundings, in the heart of this virgin Corfu countryside.



Sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas, add to the comfort of the guests sunbathing around the private pool. Next to the pool, small steps lead to a nice shaded terrace, with a large table and sitting for all guests. A small fridge, washing basin etc make this an ideal place to have lunch, dinner. It is also a place of relaxation close the pool while having a refreshing drink and cooling off in the shade, especially after some long sunbathing hours.



In close proximity one can find two mini markets and several other shops and activities. The lovely sandy beaches of our region are only 800m on foot.



Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week. Cleaning service is once a week.

Guest access:

The property is private and gated. You are free to exclusively use all of the areas such as the Garden, BBQ, Swimming Pool, Patio, and Private Parking area.



Other things to note:

(i) An extra bed is a folded Z-bed - Bookable for a fee subject to availability.

(ii) A Baby travel cot and a highchair are available for rent locally - upon request.

(iii) Private Chef is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(iv) Personal Trainer is available upon request subject to availability for a fee.

(v) This property will not accommodate parties, events, or large gatherings without pre-approval of owner.

(vi) Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay at the property.

Location:



Agios Spyridon, Karniaris is located in the northeast tip of Corfu. The local terrain will give you a taste of Greece’s renowned beauty and will help you relax and recharge.



Just a few moments away on foot, you can visit Antinioti Lake, a Natura 2000 site, surrounded by rare species, lilies, and other protected inhabitants. For the more fearless explorers, you can trek to the magnificent Loutses cave in the mountainous area of Perithia. In case you feel like walking and exploring further, follow the route to the UNESCO site of Old Town of Perithia, a place of architectural interest and historical value, full of myths and stories from the Middle Ages till World War II. The Port of Kassiopi is a beautiful fishing port only 13 mins away by car.



Agios Spyridon is the ideal summer destination, since you can find everything from local markets, beaches, taverns, restaurants, an amusement park and even a Horse-Riding Park all close by.



Car and/or boat hire is available locally.

Rent a boat and wonder to some of Corfu’s most scenic coves, such as Erimitis, Kerasia, Agni, and Kalami. These pastoral bays still resemble the 'delectable landscape' that Lawrence Durrell fell for in the 1930s. One may venture inland to the UNESCO heritage site of Old Perithia, an enchanting, abandoned village with footpaths, honey producers, and tavernas that specialize in local dishes and delicacies!



The cosmopolitan capital is a charming clash of Venetian, British and French colonial influences. A place where evenings kick off with cocktails on the Liston (a colonnade modelled on Paris's rue de Rivoli), followed by dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants in the confines of the island’s other designated UNESCO Heritage site of Old Corfu Town.
