Nestled in the tranquil neighbourhood of Agia Paraskevi in Agrafoι, Villa Limoncello stands as a charming retreat, distanced from the clamour of typical tourist resorts. Located nearly 1 km from the village centre, this traditional family home is a haven for nature enthusiasts, particularly hikers seeking the untouched beauty of Corfu.  
The recently acquired pool has elevated this property to a family retreat no one should miss.  
Set on a single level, the house boasts tasteful and enchanting décor. Its design allows for an uninterrupted panorama of the majestic mountains and the idyllic countryside that envelops it. Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people, the villa provides ample space, complemented by inviting terraces designed for relaxation. In the heart of the well-maintained gardens lies a sun-kissed pool, adding a touch of luxury to this peaceful holiday home.

A private parking lot at the front of the house welcomes you, guiding you to a meticulously furnished terrace spanning the width of the residence. The main entrance opens into an impeccably decorated space featuring an air-conditioned living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.  
A short hallway leads to a spacious family bathroom and three air-conditioned bedrooms. The two double bedrooms share a rear balcony, while a twin bedroom offers access to both front and side terraces.

Limoncello House boasts a centrepiece—a sunlit pool (6.50 m X 4.0 m) at the property's rear, surrounded by lush gardens. Revel in breath-taking views of Mount Pantokrator and the valley below, adorned with an extensive olive grove and charming village houses in vibrant hues.  
Wooden terraces encircle the pool, providing ample space for sunbathing and relaxation while soaking in the majestic mountain vistas. #### Erg mooi en prettige villa

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten als gezin op dit prachtige eiland in deze prachtige villa. Erg compleet ingericht, beddengoed en handdoeken zaten erbij. Ruim opgezet met 3 slaapkamers, mooie tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Beheerders erg vriendelijk en goed contact mee. Heerlijke bakkerij ( la bocca) dichtbij. Dankzij deze prachtige locatie een geweldig verblijf gehad.
