Cochelli Villas (Lower Floor)

This well-located property, in an elevated position overlooking the long, sweeping bay of Avlaki, comprises two spacious 2 bedroomed apartments, one on the top floor and one on the lower floor, which also have stunning views across the valley and mountains beyond.


The resort of Kassiopi, and all its amenities, is close by, approximately half hour on foot. The next closest resort is St. Stefanos which is approximately a 5 minute drive and around 40 minutes on foot.


Room Layout

Two Bedroom Apartments: 5 people max (camp bed will be provided for 5th person)
Each apartment consists of a small living area and well-equipped kitchen with full size cooker, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a shower room with WC. Both apartments have fabulous views over the valley of Avlaki, with sea views from the upper floor apartment. These apartments sleep 2/4 people comfortably. For families of 5 people we can accommodate a 5th person sleeping on a camp bed. A pool area is situated down steps on the lower area and has fabulous views of the green valley and hills in the distance. Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided and a small canopied area for shade or for drinking/dining al fresco is just to the side of the pool.
