Built with comfort and style in mind and recently renovated, Barbati Beta MiniVilla can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests in 1 bedroom + spacious lounge. Thanks to its large private wide terraces (both at front and at rear), sweet garden, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a shared swimming pool), this is the perfect choice for all those couples (or small families) looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located in second line from the seafront, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach! Inside, the house is set over 1 floor (split level) and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and modernly decorated. Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and an airy feeling. Entrance, via the private garden, is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchen / dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading to the terrace at the front (equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining). The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The bedroom area (which can be separated from the lounge thanks to a set of sliding doors) has direct access to the rear terrace. There is a double bed that can be split into 2 twin beds according to the preferences of the guests. Fitted wardrobes are also available. There is a functional shower room, located next to the bedroom area. Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (portable BBQ is also available). The garden at the side is also furnished with table and chairs, and has beautiful flowers and bougainvillea. Guests staying at Barbati Beta MiniVilla also has access to a large, beachfront communal pool located 250m from the house, which also features a great poolside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (a la carte). The pool is open from the 1st of May until the 31st of October (as the pool is run by an independent company, please be so kind to verify prior booking the information about opening dates when traveling in low season). Yet, with such a perfect beach just 100m from your doorstep, the choice between sea and pool will be really hard! Private, reserved parking for 1 car is available on the premises. Laundry facilities with washing machine / dryer are also available. FOR LARGER PARTIES: Barbati Beta Minivilla can be combined together with any of the other 2 properties we manage (which are located next door): Barbati Alfa MiniVilla and Barbati Gamma MiniVilla (sleeping 4 people each). If you’re staying in the Corfu Island, I would definitely recommend staying here I love this place! If you’re staying in the Corfu Island, I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s perfectly located to explore the island. It’s not far from the airport. The streets are good to drive by car, a bit wild though, as most of the streets are in Greece :) You’ll have your own parking space. It was super clean and neat. It is just like in the pictures. You have everything you might need to cook a small mealmake breakfast. Which you can enjoy on one of your two terraces ) I felt super safe traveling alone and all the people are very friendly. The best part is that the beach is only a short walk away and it’s beautiful (pebble beach). The shower comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need. No problem using Air-conditioning. The only thing is would say we were rushed this morning at 9 am by cleaning staff and also we just couldn't find the swimming pool. But I have to give the host 5 stars for the amazing communication as we arrived late we couldn't find the place she directed us and communicated at well past 11pm! About the location: it was beautiful beach pebbled, lovely clean, gorgeous water colour but beach at Barbati gets deep fast so beautiful careful. Sunbeds from free to 25 euro and gorgeous food restaurants. I recommend visiting local beaches we went to Dassia and it was amazing sand beach and safe for children as doesn't get deep that fast. In terms of the negatives regarding the area there are no pavements so walking seems risky especially with fast driving cars. Bus every 2/3 hrs. The beach is just a three-minute walk away, and the swimming pool can be reached in five minutes. The air conditioning functions well, and the size of the villa is ideal for two people. The kitchen is also very well equipped. At night, the area is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and sleep. However, in the morning, be prepared to wake up to the sound of crickets. They are widespread across the island, so there's no escaping them—even on some beaches, you’ll hear their distinctive chirping. They also provide a parking space if you have rented a car—something you will definitely appreciate, as parking in Barbati can be quite challenging. Additionally, the contact number provided for any inquiriesinformation was very responsive and helpful. My only comment, and perhaps a minor complaint, is that the bathroom is somewhat small, with limited space in the shower area.
