To access the shore, 380 yards away, you'll travel along a paved path and cross a small creek via a rustic bridge, but your views from the home's quiet, private property are unimpeded. Free from immediate neighbors, enjoy your own slice of heaven nestled among the dunes. Start your day on the large deck, cup of steaming coffee in hand. Back inside it’s breakfast time. The main floor features an open plan, so the chef won’t feel left out while the rest of the group gathers. The well-equipped, updated kitchen features a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space to prep those pancakes. And little helpers can perch at the window-front barstools to help – or just taste test. When it's time to eat, the adjacent dining area seats eight. After breakfast, it’s time to explore the Washington coast. You’re just one mile south of Griffiths-Priday State Park and beaches, a golf course, and trails are all nearby as well. First things first when you return: get that wood-burning fireplace crackling for maximum coziness. Stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen, pop in a DVD, or listen to music on the stereo. When it's time to turn in, you've got four bedrooms to choose from. The main level features a king-sized bed and that lovely view. Downstairs, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, one with a king and a twin; one with a king and a twin with a twin trundle; and finally one with a queen-sized bed. Before bed, step back outside onto the deck and admire the stars rising over the water before you drift off to sleep. This beachfront home now features a newly furnished game room, perfect for family fun and rainy-day entertainment. The house is a little dated but comfortable, and it had most of the basics we needed. The kitchen could be better equipped with a few more utensils/cooking basics, and definitely need more kitchen hand towels. We used the grill two nights to cook up some fresh seafood, which was enjoyable. Wifi access worked well, which was good, because we had zero cell reception on Verizon. Great access to the beach, about a 3-5 minute walk down a short trail, a bridge to cross a creek, and then walk out onto the sand. We were nearly the only ones on the beach! The view is fantastic, and we really enjoyed the open living space. Lots of games in the game cabinet too which was nice. Most of the beds were comfortable, except for the room with the single queen - it was quite squeaky and not super comfortable. But the kings and twin beds were nice. All-in-all it was a great stay - with a few minor improvements it would be perfect. Would come back! Thank you. ##### Darren H. Walk to the beach is manageable and drive to town is about 15 minutes. Kitchen is well stocked, but bring extra TP, PT, trash bags, dish pods and laundry detergent, as they only give you one. Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2022 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Ashreena M. 3 juin 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Will not stay here again First off we are still waiting on the cleaning fee which we were told we would get refunded for the property not being cleaned. My husband & one of the couples got there before I did with another couple. He took pictures of the trash cans in the house completely full with garbage still on the kitchen counters. The bed in the master bedroom looked like someone had just slept in it. I proceeded to tell my husband "so what are we suppose to sleep on the sheets that someone else slept on without being washed". There was no toilet paper or paper towel upstairs. We also didn't have any towels upstairs. The master bathroom wasn't cleaned either. I had gotten a text from the property I believe it was 30 min after the check in time asking how the cleanliness of the property was & I explained & they replied asking for pics which I sent all the pics my husband took. Then I received a phone call from one of the managers and so I gave the phone to my husband because he was the one who got their first and took pictures. They said they can send someone over and we said yes right away. We can't leave our guests without essentials and the house was full of trash and we didn't want to sleep on the same sheets someone else slept on without being washed. They had a girl come about a little over an hour after we got off the phone. She changed the sheets, cleaned the bathroom & took the trash out from the kitchen and left a bag full of toilet paper and paper towel. I felt very embarrassed for my guests. To have someone come in and clean stuff that should have already been done before we got there while we are setting up to celebrate my birthday. It sucks.. and we are still waiting on the refund of the cleaning fee. ##### Ashreena M.
