Convenient and setup well

This hotel is old and tired. It needs a total updating. It was 15 C outside and we ran the AC full blast the entire time and the room was always 24 - 25 C. The bathroom fixtures were salvaged from the wreck of the titanic and the hot water was scalding, very easy to get scalded if you weren't careful. The hotel was in a convenient location for getting around St. John's. The breakfast in the adjacent pub (included with the room) was very good although it didn't offer a lot of options (yogurt, juice, fruit).

Very accommodating with luggage storage between check in and check out. Shower was not working on the day of check out so could not use it. Also bring ear plugs as I could hear every word from the people in the room next to us, even with ear plugs…
