They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didn’t see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. My biggest complaint is a lot of the lights are burned out and only one of the three above the counter worked and it would go out after a few minutes. The coffee table is falling apart, the stools at the counter are cheap and keep going down while sitting in them and one has a loose seat. That’s the main thing that went well during our stay. During check in We got one email saying one unit and the door code which worked and the next email we got(almost 2 hours later) had a completely different unit listed on it with no door code. I messaged them and they said we were in the wrong unit even though that’s exactly what the first email said with the code? The unit we stayed in was right by the pool which was convenient.. however even with the posted pool hours signs, on the weekends it was a free for all.. Fri and Sat night we were kept up well after 3 am with big crowds in the pool area. There’s two giant windows in the room one facing the pool and one facing what I believe to be the leasing office and fitness area. The lights in these area never turn off so those shine down into the room facing the bed. So if you’re someone who needs to sleep in complete darkness like me, this could be an issue for you as it was for me. In the window above the bed there is a camera facing down into the office or fitness area however it made me nervous that we could be seen as well since I could easily see the camera face. Multiple lights burnt out above the bar in the kitchen area and a light out in the bathroom. The bathroom fan was not functioning. There also seems to be an issue of beetle bugs getting in we had to kill multiple a day. Apt was nice spacious all amenities we need were available. The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Great location. Property needs some updates and paint. All in all it was good. There is a train that passes through a couple of times a day, but barely noticeable.
