"The bathroom was disappointing, with long clumps of hair stuck to the walls. Something no cleaner should miss, especially in a 4‑star property.Breakfast was also poorly managed. The doors opened nearly ten minutes late, with staff looking out at us waiting and showing no awareness or urgency."
