I upgraded to a suite at the hotel which means two rooms with cheap furniture, laminate floor and TVs that do not work. Rooms are not very soundproof; fortunately, I was not near noisy people. The staff was not very helpful when it came to asking for directions and how to use my Cesar benefits. The breakfast restaurant had a long wait; but the food was just average and our waiter was very rude and even threw the straws at our table. Las Vegas is not at all what it used to be, even in the 90s. The hotel is in an area with a lot of activity (i.e., the Strip) but it was not luxurious in any way.
