I booked a cheap room and it was basic but had everything I needed for a one-night stay and was scrupulously clean. The bed was comfy, the bedding high quality, great reverse cycle air conditioning and as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and secure. Thankyou Opal Inn!"

"Incredible experience sleeping in the dug out. View from location is beautiful looking over the desert. Rooms and kitchen were clean given how remote this area is. Mobile reception is none and wifi is also intermittent. Property is good if someone wants to have that unique experience of sleeping in dugout."

"I rarely leave a review however this property isoutstanding. Beautifully set out, extremely comfortable, lovely a cool, on the edge of town away from any potential chaos but only 5 min drive to everything. Great communication from the owner. Super comfy beds, particularly after 2 weeks in a rooftop tent! My 8 yo son loved the tent bed. My favourite bit was the parents retreat/meditation/prayer room off the master bed. Highest recommendation for this property. Loved it. "
