### Modern, with roof terrace and very close to the beach - Apartamento Caballito de Mar

In the urbanization La Palmera, a well-maintained residential complex just a few meters from the sea and about 2.5 km west of the center of Conil de la Frontera, is the Apartamento Caballito de Mar. The modern and high quality furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a living-dining area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Further facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating, a cot and a high chair. In addition, there is a shared, spacious roof terrace equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers, which invites you to sunbathe during the day and offers a wonderful view of the sunset over the sea in the evening. The kilometer-long, popular sandy beach is just 80 meters away. A few restaurants are also within walking distance. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 4 minutes by car.  
  
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A daily cleaning service can be booked on request and at a surcharge.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.  
  
Pets are not allowed.
