#### Ein wenig enttäuschend

Die Wohnung ist soweit gut, die Ausstattung ebenso. Der Vermieter sehr nett und bei der Ankunftszeit entgegenkommend. Was war nicht so gut / schlecht: Die Waschmaschine war tagelang mit eingelegter, schmutziger Wäsche belegt. Nach Reklamtion wurde sie geleert, jedoch war die schmutzige Wäsche direkt in einem Korb vot der Maschine gelagert. Die Dachterasse haben wir nicht genutzt, da sie offensichtlich nicht im Reigungs- und Aufräumungsplan war. Über dem Dachterrassenbereich sind mehrere Wäscheleinen gespannt, sodass man dort nur leicht geduckt gehen konnte. Es sollte ein Grill vorhanden sein. Die Nachfrage ergab , da muss einer sein. Gefunden haben wir keinen. In dem Inserat stand "Parkplätze verfügbar". Hier ist eindeutig zu sagen, man parkt (bzw.) findet auf der Parrallelstrasse einen Parkplatz oder der Vermieter bietet etwas weiter weg einen Platz für 7€ / Tag. Hier ist zuviel Interpretationsspielraum und sollte auf dem Inserat eindeutiger formuliert werden.
