To make your stay even more unforgettable, we also offer bicycle rentals and direct access to the coastal bike path.  
  
The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the property, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It should be noted that we are pet lovers, so we live with our pets (2 cats) in our home, therefore no other pets are allowed.  
  
THE NEIGHBORHOOD  
  
Playa Amarilla stands out for its peaceful atmosphere. Its gentle waves are ideal for swimming, while surfers and water sports enthusiasts will also find good conditions. The neighborhood has a very good gastronomic offering, ranging from fresh seafood to international haute cuisine (Winecaña Restaurant, Nikko Sushi, Punta del Este, and others). Everything is just steps from the beach, making the place a complete attraction for visitors.  
  
The Aqua Radisson Blue Hotel is also located 150 meters from the house, where you can find various services such as a spa, restaurant, bar, swimming pools, and massages (inquire and book directly at the Radisson Hotel).  
  
If you enjoy walking, jogging, or cycling, you will find the perfect setting here, as the bike path that runs along the entire coast passes right in front of the house and takes you to discover everything from the charm of the beaches (La Boca, Amarilla, Negra, Las Bahamas, etc.) to the different viewpoints (Roca Oceánica, Lilenes, others), passing by the Yacht Club, different authentic restaurants and bars, beautiful mansions, and allowing you to observe the most iconic natural monument of the central coast: the Concón Dunes.
