With beautiful views towards the Sierra Almijara and the Mediterranean Sea, it is characterized by its spaciousness and tranquility. It is surrounded by vineyard, avocado and a large garden. Finca La Viña has capacity for 6 people and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Here we find the cozy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Outside its totally private pool surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains. Finca La Viña is located 5 km away from the town of Cómpeta. Almost all the way to the house is paved, only the last stretch of 200 m is on a good dirt track, which can be done without problems with a normal car. Cómpeta offers us: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet-cafe, souvenir shops, tourism information and much more. ## Property amenities ### Pool/Spa -
