Apartment was very clean. Check in was very easy. Host was attentive and accommodating. The location is excellent. The building is only a step away from the train station. There are caffès, restaurants, and groceries nearby. The main town by the lake is only about a 15 minute walk. Building is in a quiet area which we appreciated very much. Everything our family of three needed are available in the apartment including a washer. That is a real bonus as we’ve been travelling for a while.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Lake Como. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the town center, the lakeside, and numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved being able to explore the local markets held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, which added such an authentic touch to our experience.The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. Everything we needed was within walking distance, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Lake Como and would gladly return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It is rare that accommodations are better than what you expect from reviewing the listing and pictures but this place was. Very large. In excellent condition. And A1 communication It is a bit removed from central area but we actually liked that. Quiet area steps from train station Highly recommend.
