"The girl in the spa Vanessa physically attacked me an employee of the spa, because i didn't get out on time.. my cell phone was stolen just outside the hotel, the man at the front desk had good customer service, the female at front desk during the day did not... the agua thermal "hot spring" is NOT ..."

"Nice hotel for the price. But there is only AC in the rooms, so anytime you are moving around the Hotel, it's really, really hot.
