Cozy apartment a few steps from the sea, equipped with a lift located in Viale Portogallo at number 85, in the heart of Lido delle Nazioni.  
  
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and a bright living area with kitchenette and living room with sofa bed. The whole thing is completed by a balcony with a splendid sea view, furnished with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dinners or moments of relaxation at sunset. Free private parking.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs and access to the terrace;

\- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the terrace;  
  
\- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;  
  
\- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC.  
  
\- TERRACE with table and chairs and sea view (access from the living room and the double bedroom).

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

The accommodation is located a few minutes walk from Lago delle Nazioni, an oasis of tranquility surrounded by nature, perfect for walking, water sports, pedal boat excursions or bird watching. Around the lake there is a sports center with activities for adults and children, as well as bars and restaurants on the lakefront.  
  
Lido delle Nazioni is one of the liveliest locations of the Seven Lidi of Comacchio, developed in the 1960s as a modern and functional tourist resort. The name itself recalls the international openness of the location, designed to welcome tourists from all over Europe. The area is also rich in history, a few kilometers from Comacchio, known as the little Venice, and not far from the archaeological treasures of the ancient Etruscan Spina.  
  
Ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people, the apartment offers the comfort and convenience of a holiday home a few meters from the beach, surrounded by nature, culture and relaxation.  
  
\- From Ferrara Station take the regional train towards Codigoro and get off at Ostellato, from here take bus 331 (033) and get off at Porto Garibaldi-Via dei Mille and from here take bus 331 (064) and get off at Lido delle Nazioni, Bagno Cris, a 3-minute walk from the property or 52 minutes by car;  
  
\- From Bologna Marconi Airport, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car;  
  
\- For those traveling by car, the apartment has free and guaranteed private parking. In addition, in the streets surrounding the property there are several free parking lots.
