Summary: Welcome to Hilltop Cottage! Conveniently located near downtown, soccer fields, river walk, dining, shopping, and more. Stay at home and enjoy the front porch swing or relax on the back porch with a cup of coffee. High speed internet and 50" 4k tv for movies or work from home. The Space: You'll love the large private back porch. It's great for relaxing, hanging out and watching the sun set. The front porch offers a swing and has over 30 steps leading down to road. It really is on a hill! Don't worry though, you won't have to climb those steps unless you really want to! Access to the house only requires a few steps. It's also a great neighborhood to walk and see historic homes nearby. Inside you will find original hard wood floors, furnished kitchen, a desk space for working, black out curtains, and stylish decor. The most common comment about the house is, "It's so cute!" The house was just as described and pictured in the listing. Everything was immaculately clean. There was even a pan of fresh cinnamon rolls from the local bakery waiting for us on the counter with a personal note! We used the Keurig every morning. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and extra blankets available. The front and back porches were nice spots to sit. The house was situated nicely between downtown/campus and what I refer to as the business loop (Walmart, Starbucks, Cracker Barrel etc). Definitely someplace we would stay again.
